## Description

Vèrévin is a wine and local-terroir festival held in the village of Campagne in Occitanie, France. Founded in 2001 or 2002 during a difficult period for regional viticulture, the event was created to bring local wines into the spotlight and help producers present their work directly to the public. Its name combines the French words for “glass” and “wine,” while also nodding to Campagne’s place on the historic Chemin des Verriers.

The annual gathering brings together winemakers, cooperative cellars, local food producers, musicians and visitors for tastings and festivities. Its 23rd edition is scheduled for 2 May 2026, with 20 wine estates and cellars, food stalls featuring local producers, live music, street entertainment and a cocktail bar serving wine-based drinks. Tasting tickets are available as part of a €10 offer that includes a glass, seven tasting tickets, a wine-purchase discount voucher and, for the first 3,000 visitors, a glass holder; festival entry is free.
