VerTrautes Lächeln – Familienstark is the family-support practice of Svenja Traut, a family, health and paediatric nurse and holistic sleep coach for babies and young children. With an empathetic, individual and needs-based approach, Svenja supports parents through early family life and offers guidance on practical childcare and common concerns.

The practice’s services include infant-care courses, information evenings and advice on healthy baby sleep and sleep challenges. Families can also attend sessions on naturally easing common illnesses and symptoms with established home remedies, as well as receive guidance around moving away from nappies and first aid. Infant-care courses and information evenings have been offered in Bad Kreuznach through the Diakonie parents’ school.

VerTrautes Lächeln aims to help families feel informed and supported, tailoring guidance to their needs. Svenja announced that she began a period of parental leave on 15 July 2026. Sleep consultations are currently unavailable, and she plans to share information about future course dates and advice services in due course.
