## Description

Veslaška Zveza Slovenije, also known as Rowing Slovenia, is the national governing association for rowing in Slovenia. It brings together rowing clubs from across the country and represents the sport nationally and internationally. The association is a member of the Slovenian Olympic Committee, European Rowing and World Rowing, and is responsible for organising international rowing competitions in Slovenia.

Its work includes supporting the national team, coordinating the rowing calendar and promoting competitions for athletes and clubs. The federation shares news and results from national championships and international events, including traditional rowing and coastal rowing beach sprint, and reports on Slovenian athletes’ performances at European and world-level competitions. Its website provides information about the organisation, its governing bodies, member clubs, history, documents and safeguarding, alongside race calendars, galleries, media resources and sponsor information. Visitors can also follow national-team updates and competition announcements through the federation’s social media channels. Based in Bled, Veslaška Zveza Slovenije serves as a central resource for the Slovenian rowing community, connecting clubs, competitors and supporters while helping organise and promote the sport throughout the country.
