- **Primary alias:** `vet-independent.com`

## Description

The VIP Group, established by seasoned veterinary surgeon Ross Kelly, is dedicated to supporting independent veterinary practices across the UK. With over 30 years of experience in the veterinary field, Ross and his wife Helen initially founded a companion animal veterinary practice in 2008, which grew from a small team of four to eighteen professionals despite the challenges posed by the Financial Crisis. In September 2020, they made the strategic decision to sell their practice and concentrate on the VIP Group's mission: to enhance the success and sustainability of independent vet practices nationwide.

The VIP Group offers a range of services designed to empower veterinary professionals, providing resources, guidance, and innovative solutions to foster growth and resilience in their businesses. Committed to making a significant impact in the veterinary community, the VIP Group stands as a beacon of support for those seeking to thrive in a competitive landscape. Join the movement and discover new opportunities with the VIP Group, where experience meets innovation.
