## Description

VeterinaryCannabis is a product-neutral education and clinical guidance organization focused on the safe, effective, and medically appropriate use of cannabis in animal care. Its veterinarian-led, science-based approach serves veterinary practitioners, animal caregivers, students, and the emerging cannabis industry, with an emphasis on patient-focused education and scientific scrutiny.

The organization offers veterinarian-led consultations to help guide decisions about cannabis-derived molecules and care goals. It also provides product safety and patient-use evaluations, mentorship for learners with varying levels of endocannabinoid system knowledge, and practical guidance on force-free administration, titration protocols, and training. Through its community, VeterinaryCannabis can connect people with referrals to other endocannabinoid system support modalities, including nutrition, massage, and brain-body approaches.

Its educational offerings include professional education and credentialing, self-paced learning, a community forum, and opportunities for mentorship and shadowing. VeterinaryCannabis also supports research and provides access to veterinary and cannabis industry experts. Its mission is to make clinically applicable, science-backed information more accessible while promoting compassionate care for animals.
