## Description

Vétérinexpo is a major veterinary trade show in Wallonia, Belgium, bringing together professionals and future practitioners in animal health. Organised by veterinary medicine students and associated with SGEMV ASBL, the event has welcomed the veterinary community to Ciney since 1981. Its 46th edition is scheduled for 21 and 22 November 2026 at Ciney Expo.

The two-day event typically attracts 2,000 to 2,500 visitors and brings together around 70 to more than 100 companies. Veterinarians, veterinary assistants, students, recent graduates and other animal-health professionals can explore products, meet exhibitors, watch demonstrations and exchange ideas across different areas of veterinary practice.

Vétérinexpo also offers a programme of veterinary conferences and accredited training, alongside training for veterinary assistants. These sessions help participants update their knowledge and learn about developments in the field. The event further supports professional connections through spaces for dining and informal discussion. Visitors can access information about tickets, the programme, exhibitors and careers through Vet’Job, while companies can find guidance on exhibiting and reaching the veterinary community.
