## Description

VI3NNA Congress is a European platform focused on digital assets, blockchain policy, and the development of a trusted digital economy. Its 2027 congress, scheduled for 13–14 May in Vienna, brings together policymakers, financial institutions, investors, technology innovators, and Web3 leaders to connect policy, infrastructure, and innovation with practical market adoption. The event is designed as a curated, invite-only gathering, with keynote sessions, executive roundtables, workshops, and networking at Vienna’s MuseumsQuartier.

Beyond the annual congress, VI3NNA offers executive education and certification covering digital assets, regulation, governance, and market infrastructure. Participants can choose in-person cohorts, online participation, or tailored attendance formats, and complete the programme with an assessment leading to a recognised professional credential. The platform also convenes year-round Executive Tracks on topics including liquidity, regulatory compliance, artificial intelligence, banking, and Europe’s global competitiveness. Insights from these discussions contribute to the VI3NNA Declaration, an industry position paper addressing priorities for Europe’s digital-asset economy. VI3NNA serves institutions, advisors, corporates, investors, and startups seeking dialogue and collaboration across the sector.
