## Description

Vicinity Media is a pioneering company founded in 2008 by entrepreneurs Daryl van Arkel, Neil Clarence, and Charles Talbot, originally as Business Positioning Systems (BPS). They specialize in location-based advertising and data solutions that empower businesses to connect with their audiences in real time. Vicinity Media made significant strides by securing rights to commercialize the Telmap navigation app and launching the market's first location ad network.

Their innovations include the Near Me micro search application and comprehensive tools for data visualization and audience targeting. The brand has partnered with major publishers, such as IOL and TimesLIVE, and has expanded its operations to East Africa.
