## Description

Victor Churchill, located in Woollahra, New South Wales, is a renowned brand in the Australian meat industry. Established in 1996 by Anthony Puharich and his father, Victor, a fourth-generation butcher with extensive experience, Victor Churchill quickly gained recognition for its artisanal butcher skills. Over the years, the business flourished, earning a reputation as one of the country's leading distributors of quality meat. Recognized for their unmatched understanding of the meat industry, Victor Churchill connects the best meat producers in Australia with top chefs, supplying some of the finest restaurants in the country. Building on this success, Anthony Puharich envisioned a unique and exceptional butcher shop as a tribute to his father. Thus, Victor Churchill was born, setting new standards in meat retailing. Renowned chef Anthony Bourdain described it as The most beautiful butcher shop in the world. The success of Victor Churchill led to the opening of Vic's Meat Market at the iconic Sydney Fish Market, offering high-quality products and exceptional service. In 2020, Vic's Meat Direct was launched, offering a hugely successful online home delivery service. In November 2021, Victor Churchill will expand its presence with a new store in Melbourne. Drawing inspiration from Victor Puharich's mastery of butchery, Anthony remains dedicated to providing ethically sourced, beautiful meat while prioritizing quality and service.
