## Description

Victor Xie is a Bay Area–based design leader and creative director whose work spans digital product experiences, sports, and storytelling. He is currently a Principal Product Designer at ESPN, where he helps shape fantasy sports experiences. A lifelong sports fan and fantasy sports participant, Xie brings personal familiarity with the audience to his work. Before joining ESPN, he managed the product design team at Yahoo Sports, leading five designers and overseeing the core sports experience across web and mobile. His earlier design roles include Bleacher Report, Envoy, StudyBlue, and Tapingo; StudyBlue was acquired by Chegg, and Tapingo by GrubHub. Beyond product design, Xie created Did You Eat Yet?, a video series sharing stories from people in the Bay Area food scene. The series has more than 20,000 YouTube subscribers and has been featured by KQED, The Oaklandside, and the San Francisco Chronicle, among other local publications. His portfolio also highlights work with NBA Creative and Green Acre, a clothing brand he previously ran.
