## Description

Video Librarian is a trusted peer-to-peer video review resource catering to public, school, academic, and special libraries, as well as film enthusiasts. With a focus on collection development, Video Librarian has been serving librarians and faculty for over 30 years. Although its last print edition was published in December 2019, Video Librarian embraced a new era in 2020 by transitioning to a fully online platform and implementing a six-month indexing project to tag its extensive archive of 40,000 past reviews. This transition has resulted in a significant increase in readership, surpassing 15,000 monthly users from around the globe. Emphasizing quicker turnaround times for reviews, Video Librarian also offers a variety of options for digital advertising campaigns. Today, in 2023, Video Librarian continues to provide daily reviews, news briefs, event listings, thought-provoking articles, and a comprehensive database of nearly 1,000 distributors. Its mission remains centered on sharing outstanding films with diverse audiences. Whether you're a librarian, filmmaker, distributor, student, faculty, community center, vendor, or cinephile, Video Librarian is your reliable partner.
