## Description

VIENNA SHORTS is an international short film festival based in Vienna, bringing short-form cinema to audiences through a dedicated annual programme. Its 24th edition is scheduled to run from 25 to 30 May 2027, with submissions open for filmmakers wishing to take part. The festival website provides information about the programme, submission process, festival organisation and press resources, alongside an archive of past material. Visitors can also stream films through the festival’s online offering and stay connected using the official festival app, available via Google Play and the Apple App Store. The site features sections on fair and sustainable practices, a Code of Conduct, and festival downloads, reflecting the organisation’s attention to responsible event-making and clear guidance for participants. VIENNA SHORTS also shares updates and festival content through social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo and TikTok. With its screenings, online film access and resources for filmmakers and audiences, the festival offers several ways to engage with short cinema in Vienna and beyond.
