VietLead is a grassroots community organization based in Philadelphia and South Jersey that is dedicated to community self-determination, social justice, and cultural resilience. With over 25 years of collective experience, our committed team of community members leads and staffs our organization, working from a place of love and solidarity. Our programs include intergenerational farming, youth organizing, health navigation and healing, civic engagement, and community defense.
