## Description

Vigilant Aerospace Systems, Inc. As the leading developer of detect-and-avoid and airspace management software for uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), also known as drones, Vigilant Aerospace offers innovative solutions to ensure safe and efficient drone operations. Their flagship product, FlightHorizon, is built on two NASA patents and utilizes data from multiple sources to provide real-time awareness of air traffic surrounding a UAS. This advanced software not only displays a comprehensive picture of the airspace but also autonomously initiates avoidance maneuvers to prevent collisions. FlightHorizon meets industry technical standards, enhances safety, and enables UAS to fly beyond the pilot's line of sight. Vigilant Aerospace's expertise in technology commercialization, software development, online systems management, and geospatial information systems is embodied in their experienced executive, engineering, and investor team. Their software has garnered industry recognition and has been deployed by prestigious organizations such as NASA, the FAA, the U.S. Department of Defense, and various drone development programs. With a commitment to advancing the drone industry through cutting-edge technologies, Vigilant Aerospace is leading the way in enabling safe and efficient UAS operations in the national airspace.
