## Description

ViktorSchiller.sk is the wellness and training brand founded by Viktor Schiller, a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, creator of the BASE system, Taoist yoga teacher, and author of the book “Výdych, nádych” (“Exhale, Inhale”). Drawing on more than a decade of personal exploration of physical and mental endurance, Schiller shares practical techniques to help people develop resilience, manage stress, and better understand their bodies and minds.

The brand offers courses in the Wim Hof Method, which combines breathing exercises, concentration, and gradual exposure to cold, as well as the BASE system, a program focused on stress and burnout. Taoist yoga classes, gift vouchers, corporate training, lectures, and retreats are also part of its offering. The BASE system uses approaches informed by physiology and brain plasticity to support people seeking to restore energy and address prolonged stress. Since October 2024, Schiller has worked with certified instructors Emil Špalda and Michal Slezák, expanding the team’s courses and services. The website also features articles, information about the book, and contact details.
