## Description

Villa Arnaldi is a protected therapeutic and rehabilitation community for young people aged 10 to 14 experiencing significant psychological disorders. Based in Noventa Vicentina, Italy, the service supports minors who may also have behavioral difficulties or challenging family circumstances, including those leaving hospital care or needing intensive, coordinated protection and treatment. The community has 12 beds, two reserved for immediate placements. These placements allow staff to provide initial protection and care, alongside an early psychological and diagnostic assessment, for young people referred by local child and adolescent services or through the Ministry of Justice.

Villa Arnaldi’s individualized therapeutic and rehabilitation plans are shaped around each child’s needs and strengths. Care combines clinical and neuropsychiatric support, psychological services, rehabilitation, and opportunities for social reintegration. The community is operated by Cooperativa Sociale Il Ponte – Servizi Sociali Val d’Illasi, a social cooperative based in the Verona area. The cooperative manages social, health, and educational services, develops partnerships in the social-care sector, and undertakes activities that support employment for people experiencing disadvantage.
