FOOD: Led by renowned chef Valeri Neshov, Sintica Restaurant is the only restaurant in southwest Bulgaria that utilizes the 'sous-vide' cooking method. We source our ingredients daily from Greece and local organic farms. 4. WELLNESS: We provide all the necessities for body relaxation and soul rejuvenation. Our wellness center offers a wide range of procedures and services. 5. HISTORY: Villa Sintica, Sintica Winery, and our vineyards are located near the ancient Thracian city of Sintica. During renovations, we discovered and preserved ancient columns for our guests to enjoy. The hotel and winery were once home to the Complex Experimental Station, where some of the best grape varieties and wines were cultivated for decades. 6. NATURE: Embraced by a 60-acre park, Villa Sintica is a haven for more than 100 species of Mediterranean plants, including an olive grove.
