## Description

Villes Internet is a French association that evaluates and recognises local authorities’ digital initiatives, while bringing together elected officials, public-sector staff, experts and communities committed to inclusive, citizen-focused digital services. Its work supports municipalities and other local authorities of all sizes in shaping and governing their digital policies. The association promotes equal access to digital technology, climate-conscious digital strategies, effective public digital services, and the prevention and reduction of digital risks.

Villes Internet offers members a range of practical services. Its Atlaas platform and interactive reference framework help public bodies monitor initiatives, assess their progress and compare digital-policy practices. Training workshops help elected officials and staff build knowledge around local digital challenges and projects. The association also provides support and strategic guidance, and its national Territoires, Villes et Villages Internet label highlights and promotes local achievements. Through a national congress, events, a collaborative platform and an active network, members can share experience and develop their skills.
