## Description

Vimovox provides edge delivery infrastructure for large media files, including video, software installers, and archives. Its anycast network is designed to serve bandwidth-intensive traffic while reducing the load on customers’ origins. The service includes 12 edge locations, with each node offering a 10 Gbps uplink and local NVMe caching. Viewers are directed to a nearby node, which can serve cached content or retrieve it from an HTTP origin such as object storage, a VPS, or an existing CDN.

Vimovox also offers origin shielding to reduce repeat requests reaching an origin, automatic TLS certificate issuance and renewal, and per-zone controls for hotlink rules, rate limits, and geographic access. Customers can manage zones, hostnames, cache purges, and usage through a token-authenticated REST API, without relying on a console. Usage reports provide hourly bandwidth and request counts by hostname and can be exported. Customers can use a Vimovox hostname or alias their own domain. The service has no minimum commitment and is billed monthly in US dollars.
