## Description

Vinay Sahni is a full stack developer and co-founder of Enchant, whose work focuses on building practical software and sharing guidance on technology and product development. His creations include Enchant, a customer support service designed for growing teams. Described as “like Gmail on steroids,” it offers a familiar email-inspired approach to managing customer support. Sahni also created UltraHook, a tool for receiving webhooks on localhost, with persistent URLs and end-to-end TLS.

Alongside his products, Sahni publishes articles on subjects relevant to software teams and SaaS businesses. His writing covers topics such as responding when Google flags a SaaS product as dangerous, choosing technology, building microservice architectures, designing RESTful APIs, writing effective welcome emails, and understanding AdWords bids. Together, these projects and articles present a developer-led brand that combines software creation with practical technical insight. Sahni can be contacted by email at vinay@sahni.org and is also known online as @veesahni.
