## Description

Vincent Passaro is an attacker engineering and cybersecurity practice focused on understanding adversary behavior and turning that knowledge into practical defensive systems. Drawing on experience spanning U.S. Army signal support, penetration testing, security architecture, cloud security, incident response, cyber intelligence, and payments security, Passaro works across threat intelligence and fraud defense. He is the creator of FT3, a framework for describing fraud techniques and building shared language that supports coordinated, machine-readable defense. Related projects include FT3c, which compares fraud and security frameworks; Acheron, a research engine for identifying and analyzing candidate fraud techniques; and ARC, a threat intelligence platform for exploring relationships in a hypergraph. The site also features essays, field notes, technical teardowns, interviews, and speaking appearances on attacker engineering, fraud, payments security, PCI, and agentic defense. Passaro offers training and collaboration, including a full-day, referral-based intensive for threat intelligence teams on operationalizing AI in defense. His work aims to help organizations move from understanding adversaries to acting against them with repeatable, coordinated methods.
