Voluntari pentru Idei și Proiecte (VIP) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization based on volunteering and exclusively formed by students. They have four communities within their organization: Business Club, Econosofia, International Affairs, and Leadership Development. Each member belongs to one community and one or more departments, including Public Relations, Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, and Creative.

The Business Club community brings together young individuals passionate about entrepreneurship and actively involved in building educational programs to positively impact the business environment in Romania. They offer a transformative experience that shapes and develops future business leaders in a unique way. Econosofia, on the other hand, is the only community in Romania that gathers young people passionate about investments, capital markets, and macroeconomics.

Their aim is to contribute positively to the development of the country's economic environment. Leadership Development focuses on the development of young individuals with potential who are interested in acquiring the skills of successful leaders. They provide personal and professional training to enable members to lead teams and organizations towards performance.

International Affairs is a community dedicated to the development of students passionate about international relations and diplomacy. They strive to bring about change in society by nurturing enthusiastic individuals with critical thinking skills and a global political awareness. The organization has various departments such as Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Development, and Creative, each playing a vital role in maintaining the organization's brand and operations.

VIP's projects offer a wide range of learning opportunities for students who are eager for more. The organization boasts active members and alumni who have benefited greatly from the unique experiences provided by the communities and departments.
