Open to different ages and experience levels, the group welcomes beginners as well as people looking to improve their fitness, prepare for challenges or enjoy the motivation of exercising with others. Its regular group sessions are free and take place three times a week at 7:30 p.m., covering routes of approximately 10 kilometres with running and walking options.
