## Description

VirtueSport is a Nijmegen-based coaching, fitness and martial arts practice focused on helping people regain strength and build physical, mental and emotional resilience. Its personalized programs serve children, young people, adults and seniors, with clients ranging from age six to 89. Training is adapted to individual circumstances, goals and experience.

Services include personal training, fitness guidance, Shin Kyokushin Karate and kickboxing for young people and adults, resilience training for women, and individual or group coaching for students in primary and secondary schools. VirtueSport also supports people returning after burnout, injury, therapy or a difficult period, alongside athletes and busy professionals seeking better performance, healthier habits or stress-management skills. Leadership sessions use psychophysical exercises, including kickboxing therapy, to help participants explore their reactions and behavior.

The practice is led by Vadim Karvink, a Team NL Shin Kyokushin Karate coach and founder of the Shinkyokushin Nijmegen dojo. He was named Nijmegen’s top personal trainer for 2025/26 and ranked eighth nationally in the Dutch Fitness Awards.
