## Description

Alleyway Capital is an investment firm founded by a team of reputed investors, business operators, and technology entrepreneurs. We are passionate about acquiring and nurturing small digital businesses that are off the beaten path. Unlike chasing popular unicorns or big public companies, we focus on acquiring great little digital businesses. Our preferred investment targets are software-as-a-service (SaaS) businesses, but we also consider other tech-enabled business opportunities. We typically take a controlling stake in the businesses we acquire and often purchase them outright. Transparency and respect are at the core of our acquisition process, leading to quick outcomes for all parties involved. We are not influenced by external investors and have no intention of quickly flipping the businesses we acquire. Our team comprises esteemed professionals, including Mahesh Balakrishnan, an active angel investor and advisor, and Sunny Singh, a former president of Tech Coast Angels. If you're a founder looking for your next chapter or seeking a good steward for your business, we'd love to work together. Contact us today and discover how we can collaborate to take your business to new heights.
