## Description

Vitai One is a 100% web-based hospital management platform and the new name of TI-MED. Built on 15 years of experience in hospitals, it serves more than 150 units and brings patient access, clinical care, pharmacy, bed management and billing together in one system. Information is recorded once and shared across departments, helping teams reduce duplicate data entry and prepare accounts as care is delivered.

The platform supports public, private and philanthropic hospitals, urgent care units, maternity services, hospital networks and health departments. Its tools include patient registration and triage, electronic records and prescribing, nursing workflows, clinical protocols, laboratory and imaging integration, pharmacy and inventory management, operating room support, and bed and appointment management. Medication doses can be tracked from prescription through administration and linked to the patient’s account.

For billing, Vitai One supports SUS processes, including AIH, BPA, APAC and OCI, as well as private insurance workflows using TISS, fees and reimbursements. Automated checks, account auditing, dashboards and indicators help staff review exceptions before submission.
