## Description

Combining strategy, design and technology, the agency develops what it calls Intelligent Experiences: digital solutions designed to understand users’ needs, provide clear guidance and reduce the work people have to do. Its services include Intelligent Portals that help people find relevant information, and Intelligent Commerce that supports more targeted product recommendations and sales. viu also showcases projects for clients including Racing Unleashed, WWZ, SVE, the Canton of Aargau, Backbone Solutions AG, Bank Vontobel and the City of Zurich.

Alongside client work, viu has developed its own digital products. viu Chat helps users explain their needs and find a way forward without having to navigate menus or search for information. viu Postpilot routes incoming mail to the right person with a task, summary and deadline, and works with scanners, scanning providers, email and web uploads. viuMi is a framework for consistent, unified applications built on Microsoft 365.
