# vivahealthytoday.com - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `vivahealthytoday.com` ## Description Vivahealthy is a blood pressure lifestyle coaching brand founded by Vivian Avowlanou, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Registered Health Information Technician. Based in Richmond, Virginia, the brand works virtually with adults aged 30 and older whose blood pressure readings remain high or unpredictable. Its core offering is a personalized, three-month, one-on-one coaching program designed to help clients build practical daily habits that fit their lives and complement their medical care. Coaching begins with a review of blood pressure readings and everyday routines. Together, Vivian and each client identify realistic priorities, track patterns, and adjust plans week by week, with ongoing support and accountability. The program focuses on six lifestyle areas: nutrition, meal timing, hydration, movement, sleep, and stress. Vivahealthy also provides resources, blog content, workshops, and a complimentary strategy call for people exploring whether coaching suits their goals. The brand emphasizes calm, patient, judgment-free guidance and recognizes that individual results vary. Vivahealthy does not provide medical advice; clients make medication decisions with their doctors. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Nutrition Diets and Fitness _(under Health)_ - ⛑ Health Conditions and Concerns _(under Health)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id9v2g7kNz/w/1931/h/545/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793221064271) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Green Pea | #245f35 | accent | | Everglade | #255a33 | dark | | Merino | #f9f6ed | light | ## Fonts - Nunito Sans — asset _(google)_ - Nunito Sans — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
