## Description

Vivium is a Dubai-based single-family office founded by businessman, entrepreneur, and art patron Elie Khouri. With a multigenerational outlook, it invests in talent and ideas, nurturing businesses and creators with the potential to shape industries and generate lasting cultural and economic impact. Its portfolio spans five themes: real estate, hospitality, design, ventures, and collectibles.

In real estate, Vivium invests in distinctive properties and hospitality assets, and partners with Sotheby’s International Realty to connect exceptional homes with buyers across global markets. Its hospitality brand, Luura, offers a contemporary take on Mediterranean stays, rooted in local culture and authenticity. Through Atelio, Vivium brings together design furniture, art advisory, and collectible design, representing more than 100 leading brands and makers, with showrooms in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh. Its ventures investments support businesses in areas including FinTech, PropTech, and hospitality technology, with capital, mentorship, and strategic guidance. Vivium also collects contemporary art, fine wines, luxury watches, and rare design objects, selected for their artistic and cultural significance.
