## Description

Vi Løber i Randers (VLIR) is a volunteer-run, non-profit community that helps people enjoy movement and companionship in the city and outdoors. Rather than a traditional running club, VLIR welcomes people of all fitness levels and backgrounds, offering free, informal activities with no registration required. Participants can join a 45-minute walk, suitable for strollers, a 5–6 km group run, or a 16-week running course for beginners. Activities meet year-round at Industrivej 12 in Randers C on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 to 10 a.m. After each outing, members can gather for coffee, tea, water, and conversation in the clubroom. VLIR’s program and updates are shared through its Facebook page. The organization is supported entirely by local sponsors and grants, and its hosts are volunteers. Businesses can contribute through one of seven sponsorship packages, helping sustain free activities and an inclusive local community.
