# WTTC Vlugtrug - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `vlugtrug.nl` ## Description VlugTrug is a cycling club based in Den Dungen, the Netherlands, offering opportunities to ride road bikes, mountain bikes and gravel bikes at different experience and fitness levels. For both road cycling and mountain biking, the club has four groups, helping riders find a pace and distance that suit them. Its approach combines recreation and sport, with safety, enjoyment, mutual respect and the principle of staying together on rides at its heart. VlugTrug is affiliated with the NTFU and follows its cycling conduct guidelines. During the summer season, members can join road-bike training rides of about 60 kilometres on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as well as a Sunday morning tour. In winter, Sunday rides take place on mountain or gravel bikes. A group also rides on Wednesday mornings, choosing a bike type according to conditions. The club organises annual activities, including a members’ celebration and club championships.
