VNA Foundation is a grantmaking foundation dedicated to improving healthcare and health services for medically underserved populations in the Chicago metropolitan area. With a focus on home- and community-based healthcare, we provide financial support to nonprofit organizations that strive to enhance the health and well-being of men, women, and children in the region. Our grants encompass a range of categories, including primary/chronic care, mental health, health education or promotion, technical assistance, violence prevention, maternal and child health, dental, and vision services.

While most of our grants are awarded to Chicago-based entities, we also extend our funding reach to Cook County and surrounding collar counties.
