VNS Therapy™ is a treatment offered by LivaNova for people aged four and older with drug-resistant epilepsy and partial-onset seizures. Designed as an add-on to medication, it uses a small implanted device to deliver mild electrical pulses to the left vagus nerve, which connects with areas of the brain associated with seizures.
