## Description

Völkel Mental is the coaching practice of Jacqueline Völkel, a certified sports mental coach based in Seuzach, near Winterthur and Zurich. Drawing on her own experience as an athlete, Jacqueline supports people who want to strengthen their mental skills and perform closer to their potential. The practice focuses on helping clients set clear goals, improve concentration and focus, and learn to manage nervousness and fears, including in competitive situations. Mental skills are presented as abilities that can be developed and trained, much like physical skills.

Völkel Mental offers mental coaching, horse-assisted coaching and riding lessons. Jacqueline also holds qualifications as a child and youth coach and a horse-assisted coach, allowing her to work with younger clients as well as those interested in coaching supported by horses. In this approach, the horse is described as reflecting a person’s behaviour and feelings in an honest, direct and non-judgmental way. Völkel Mental invites clients to take a first step toward their personal or sporting goals by arranging an appointment with Jacqueline.
