## Description

VOICE is a leading European humanitarian NGO network dedicated to promoting efficient and effective humanitarian aid worldwide. With a history spanning over 30 years, VOICE has become a vital interlocutor between NGOs and the European Union on emergency aid. Comprising 89 member organizations from 19 countries, VOICE is committed to implementing principled aid across various sectors, including food and nutrition, health, water and sanitation, shelter, and support for refugees and internally displaced people. The network's members are actively involved in providing assistance in countries affected by natural disasters, armed conflicts, and emergency situations. Many of these organizations hold a Humanitarian Partnership certificate with DG ECHO, the European Commission's department for Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operation. Recognizing the added value NGOs bring to humanitarian efforts, VOICE promotes their crucial role as humanitarian deliverers and as a manifestation of EU public solidarity. Through shared core values, VOICE strives to uphold principled humanitarian aid and foster respect, accountability, and transparency in its operations.
