## Description

Volleybalvereniging NEOS is a recreational volleyball club based in Hoorn, North Holland. Founded on 28 June 1993 and registered with the Hoorn Chamber of Commerce, the club brings together players who enjoy combining sport with a friendly, sociable atmosphere. NEOS holds its weekly training session on Wednesday evenings from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Sporthal De Grote Beer, located in Wijkcentrum Grote Waal.

Members can also take part in several recreational volleyball activities. These include a competition in De Goorn on Tuesday evenings every three weeks, a monthly Saturday-evening street tournament in a Hoorn sports hall, and a weekly Thursday-evening recreational competition at Sporthal De Kers. The club welcomes people with previous volleyball experience and a good feel for the ball. Interested newcomers may join up to three sessions without commitment to see if NEOS is the right fit. Annual membership costs €110. For questions or to express interest, prospective players can contact the club by email at volleybalverenigingNEOS@gmail.com.
