VOLTA Art Fair is a contemporary art fair dedicated to creating an environment for art collectors to discover the art of now, connect with galleries, and expand their collections. By fostering galleries in staging ambitious solo and group presentations, VOLTA focuses on the essential elements: the artists and their work. This approach cultivates a vibrant and approachable environment of discovery for the engaged collector in Basel and New York. VOLTA supports galleries with an international breadth, allowing them to present ambitious exhibitions featuring both up-and-coming and established artists. The artwork on display reflects the ever-changing world we live in and invites visitors to discover new perspectives. Since its debut in Basel in 2005, VOLTA has evolved into a major platform for ambitious international galleries. It has consistently responded to the external markets and the ambition of its galleries, resulting in forward-thinking curations that facilitate a unique and international artistic dialogue. Looking ahead, VOLTA is excited to support galleries and make its upcoming New York and Basel 2023 editions its most vibrant chapter yet.
