VoxCloud is a Netherlands-developed provider of open-source applications that extend Nextcloud into a broader business platform. Its five apps support workplace communication, information management and everyday operations, with integrations designed to feel native to Nextcloud. IntraVox helps organizations build intranet pages, knowledge bases and team wikis using a drag-and-drop editor, news widgets and content imports. MetaVox adds structured, searchable metadata to documents, with bulk editing and CSV export. RoomVox enables calendar-based room reservations through CalDAV, with conflict detection and configurable approval. FormVox creates file-based forms, surveys and quizzes, including conditional logic and public links. IntroVox guides new users through interactive onboarding tours that administrators can customize.

VoxCloud says its apps are released under the AGPL-3.0 license, with source code publicly available and no vendor lock-in. The company emphasizes Dutch hosting, EU data sovereignty and integration with Nextcloud tools such as Files, Flow, Talk and Calendar. The apps are free to use; organizations can also choose annual, user-based licensing, including availability through Nextcloud Enterprise contracts.
