## Description

VoxQuill is a boutique technology recruitment firm serving digital product companies, with a focus on startups in gaming, SaaS, and AI. Based in Texas and Tokyo, it partners directly with founders, hiring managers, and team leads as a fractional Head of Talent, helping them find high-agency engineers and builders who can make a meaningful contribution to products and teams.

Rather than screening candidates by keywords or polished profiles, VoxQuill emphasizes practical ability, ownership, common sense, grit, and alignment with a company’s mission. Its peer-to-peer technical vetting is designed to help hiring teams meet a smaller shortlist of relevant candidates. The firm recruits for roles including applied machine learning, DevOps, founding engineering, blockchain, smart contracts, applied cryptography, game development, technical art, and quality assurance.

VoxQuill also advises founders on hiring needs and internal processes, including through a 30-minute roadmap discussion. For builders, it offers a way to discuss shipped work and explore suitable opportunities. Its blog shares hiring insights, industry trends, and leadership advice.
