## Description

VUK is an independent project that helps pinball players understand a machine’s rules through visual, step-by-step guides displayed on the playfield. Rather than relying only on dense rulesheets, users can explore each machine’s overview, playfield, bonuses, modes, multiballs and wizard mode, then open individual shots and features. When a rule refers to another feature, they can move between entries. Tutorials animate shots in sequence, showing where to aim and timers when applicable.

VUK also helps users find nearby venues and see which machines are available there. Players can record scores by photographing a machine’s display and keep their best score for each machine. The service is currently offered through beta testing: iPhone access uses TestFlight, while Android access uses Google’s Play testing program; it is not yet listed in either app store. VUK also invites editors to check rulesheets, place shots on playfields and approve animations using a browser-based editor. VUK is not affiliated with any pinball manufacturer.
