## Description

VulnDex is an Austrian vulnerability management platform designed to help security, IT operations and development teams work together to identify, assess and coordinate the remediation of software and infrastructure vulnerabilities. It brings information from CVE watchlists, software bills of materials (SBOMs), vulnerability scans, application beacons and external exposure data into a shared view, with findings organized by teams, products and services.

The platform continuously monitors watchlists, SBOMs and connected services for newly disclosed vulnerabilities. Its vulnerability intelligence enriches CVE records with public security alerts, media reports, exploit information and other relevant mentions to support risk prioritization. AI analysis helps make newly published CVEs easier to search and interpret. VulnDex also supports importing scan results, tracking remediation status, managing organizational roles and connecting external systems through APIs. Teams can compare software dependencies across versions and view their assigned findings, while security teams retain an overall organizational view. An optional white-label portal supports external vulnerability reporting and Cyber Resilience Act-related processes.
