At Victory Village Corp, we are a youth nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities in East Harris County, Texas. Our mission is to provide immersive programming and workforce training that equips and prepares future leaders and professionals. We offer a range of products and services to achieve this goal.

One of our key initiatives is the CODEXCEL program, which offers training in STEM and future trade careers. Through workshops, internships, apprenticeships, and events, we expose our youth to the careers of the future and provide them with the skills they need to succeed. Our STEM and Construction Workforce Training is designed to empower minority, underserved, and truant teens from low-income areas.

We also operate a mobile STEM lab and makerspace, where students have access to cutting-edge technology to bring their product visions to life. In addition to our youth programs, we offer educational workshops that develop important life skills such as financial literacy, business etiquette, and civic engagement. We believe in the power of education and strive to create opportunities for young adults and teens to thrive.
