Its approach looks beyond outward behavior to explore what may be causing a child’s difficulties, with guidance tailored to each child’s needs. Individual coaching is available for children aged 6 to 18 and is adapted to the family’s specific concerns. Through attentive listening and clear, considered steps, the coaching aims to help children regain balance, develop practical ways to manage emotions, and feel more confident. This work is shaped around the needs of the group and the school’s existing educational environment.
