## Description

WACE Inc. is a manufacturing technology company that develops VEXPLOR, a manufacturing AI operating system designed to help factories operate as connected, increasingly autonomous systems. The platform brings standardized data and operational logic together so manufacturing AI can support activities from sensing and analysis through decision-making and execution. Its suite includes six modules for workflow and application development, safety and control, AI analysis, equipment and system connectivity, digital twins, and data and machine-learning workflows.

WACE offers manufacturing and business AI transformation consulting, dark-factory planning, smart-factory implementation, AI agent development, and autonomous-factory projects. Its services can include systems such as MES, PLM, ERP, and QMS, as well as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and quality prediction. The company emphasizes phased AI authority, with human approval and operating records guiding progression toward greater autonomy. WACE reports more than 20 smart-factory projects and cites field demonstrations including 85% digital-twin accuracy. Based in South Korea, it works with manufacturers to introduce AI and establish reusable standards for factory operations.
