## Description

Christopher Wahren Fine Photographs is a specialist dealer in vintage photography, offering historic and fine art images through online sales galleries and auctions. The business draws on more than twenty-five years of experience dealing in vintage photographs and presents works for collectors and enthusiasts to explore and purchase.

Its offerings span a broad range of photographic processes and formats, including daguerreotypes, ambrotypes, tintypes, albumen prints, cyanotypes, gravures, cartes-de-visite, and other fine art photographs. The collection also includes vintage nudes and images organized by subjects, themes, regions, artists, periods, and print type. Online galleries make it possible to browse these works by category, while the shop features photographs available for sale.

The Skylight Gallery hosts auctions of vintage photography, with past results available online, including images and opening and hammer prices for more than 1,400 previously sold photographs. The site also provides special exhibits, events, artist features, and reference resources on topics such as cased-image sizes, cabinet and CDV sizes, and wet-plate collodion.
