## Description

Waku Waku KIDS EHIME is a community-focused initiative that supports parenting through sports and seeks to revitalize local communities across Ehime, Japan. Its central aim is to bring people together to share challenges affecting families and childcare, then work collaboratively across the region toward solutions. The project offers sports-related events designed primarily for preschool children aged three to six, with some past events also welcoming kindergarten and nursery school children and elementary pupils. Activities are presented at venues around Ehime, including shopping malls and event halls, giving families opportunities to take part in accessible local gatherings. The project’s website provides event schedules and reports, explains its concept and sustainability initiatives, and offers information about member pages and inquiries. Waku Waku KIDS EHIME connects children, families, and the wider community through shared experiences centered on sport. By combining child-focused events with a broader commitment to parenting support and regional engagement, it aims to contribute to a more supportive environment for raising children throughout Ehime.
