## Description

Waldorf i Helsingborg is an educational organisation offering Waldorf-inspired early childhood and primary education in Helsingborg, where it has operated preschools since the 1980s. Its two preschools, Blåklockan and Tusenskönan, provide small groups for children from infancy to around six years old, with separate groups for younger and older children. The organisation also runs an open preschool, where families can meet, play, enjoy refreshments and take part in singing.

Its approach combines research and practical experience with a focus on children’s wellbeing, confidence and development. Daily routines, seasonal celebrations, stories, songs, free play and creative activities such as crafts and watercolour painting support learning and social skills. Outdoor play and a connection to nature are central to the programme.

Waldorf i Helsingborg also operates Waldorfskolan Kastanjen, a small primary school in Ramlösa serving preschool class through grade three. The school emphasises outdoor learning, nature, creativity and the arts, with small classes and an integrated approach to subjects.
