## Description

The Walkerton Minor Hockey Association (WMHA) is dedicated to fostering a love for hockey in the Walkerton community. Catering primarily to youth, WMHA offers a variety of programs for players ranging from ages 5 to 21, including structured teams in divisions such as U8, U9, U11, U13, U15, U18, and U21 for both boys and girls. The association emphasizes skill development through various initiatives, such as prep skate sessions and specialized goalie clinics.

WMHA not only organizes competitive teams but also provides resources and support for coaches and parents, ensuring a well-rounded experience for all involved. They are committed to long-term player development and uphold a culture of respect within the sport. Upcoming events include picture days and coaching application announcements, making it easy for families to stay engaged. With collaborative community sponsorships from local businesses like Walkerton Dental Centre and Wightman Telecom, WMHA remains a cornerstone of youth hockey in the region.
