## Description

Walk for Life West Coast is a San Francisco-based organization that promotes a pro-life message through an annual public event and related outreach. Its mission is to make visible that people on the West Coast stand for life, reach out to women harmed by abortion, and inform the public about what it describes as abortion’s impact on women. The organization hosts the Walk for Life West Coast each year on or near January 22, the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision. The 23rd annual walk is scheduled for January 23, 2027, beginning at 12:30 p.m. at Civic Center Plaza in San Francisco. The event includes speakers sharing personal experiences and offers opportunities for individuals and groups to register, coordinate buses, and take part in an information fair. Walk for Life West Coast also provides event schedules, route and travel details, media resources, articles, photos, videos, and educational materials. Visitors can subscribe to its newsletter for updates, while the organization provides contact information for media inquiries and other questions.
