Off World | Brussels is an independent production company and animation studio based in the center of Brussels and Genk. Founded by producers Eric Goossens and Anton Roebben, the company focuses on financing, co-financing, producing, and co-producing national and international animated features. They also offer production design, pipelining, and execution of 2D and/or 3D animation projects within their own fully equipped animation studios.

Eric Goossens, with a background in communication sciences, has a successful career as a producer in CGI companies. He founded Off World in 1995, specializing in high-end commercials for the international market and later expanding into documentary film production. Anton Roebben, a Master in Publicity and Graphic Design, worked as a graphical animation designer and art director before cofounding Walking the Dog with Eric Goossens in 1999.

The company collaborates with a team of producers, animators, and supervisors and holds a fully equipped CGI studio and software tools for animated projects. With their expertise and resources, Off World | Brussels and Walking the Dog have become prominent players in the animation industry
